    - You could either call or e-mail me. If I’m not available, please leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
    How long does a diagnostic take?
    – A diagnostic could take up to an hour. Most diagnostics take 10-20 minutes.
    Can I buy computer parts from you?
    - No, I do not stock computer parts. You can order parts and/or software through some of my links (I prefer
    Newegg.com), then I can install them for you. Hopefully this will change in the future but as of right now, it won’t be
    anytime soon.
    I need my computer fixed ASAP! What are my options?
    I can diagnose your computer and let you know what options you have. If you end up needing new
    hardware and/or software now, you can get common items from Best Buy. The reason I prefer Newegg.com is due to
    the great pricing.
    Do you have any credentials/degrees?
    – I have a degree in Computer Science from Saint Martin’s University.
    – I also have an ATA degree in Network Administration from South Puget Sound Community College.
    Can you remotely fix my computer?
    – Yes, I can. You will have to download and install TeamViewer (free download) and then call me with the session id and password.
